Also, they are not liable for the loss of any personal property.
You understand that you are liable for any damages you may cause to equipment or property of Body Waves.
The manufactures, this facility, its owners and its employees are not liable from any and all claims that you might have now or in the future for any injury or damage in connection with the use of this facility and its equipment.
You must be over the age of 18, unless you have a prescription from a doctor.
All tanning minute packages expire after 2 years from the date of purchase.
Minutes are not transferable or refundable.
